NarrativeWas selected to work at the Presidential Support Squadron in Quantico, VA when I only had seven years of active duty under my belt. From there, I was selected to work at the White House Medical Unit and to perform the duties of the Clinic Manager as the most junior enlisted person on staff. Having the Physician to the President (an Air Force General) personally pin on my next rank when I was promoted was the pinnacle of my career. I went to many other places from here, but these were my favorite highlights from my time on active duty. |
