Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Madelia, Watonwan County, Minnesota.

Milton enlisted in the Marines Reserves 11 June 1965,at a Mankato Recruiting Office. Arriving in Vietnam 21 May 1967 Milton was

assigned to VMO-3,MAG,1st Marine Air Wing. He was the pilot of a UH-1E #153757 that for unknown reasons crashed and exploded,9 kilometers west northwest of the Hue Citadel. Milton died as a result multiple injuries to the body along with 2 crew members and 2 passengers on board. Survived by his parents, Mark C & Mary L Kelsey of Rural Route #1, Madelia,MN and a brother; Maynard J Kelsey of 667 Steward Ave, South St Paul,MN.
